FREE TRY OUT CLASS FOR BEGINNERS!!!
Little Gymnast (Beginners Class 3-5 years old)
Classes are the best way to explore the sport, a beginner or the athlete who is interested in a non-competitive environment. Gymnasts are guided through stretching, dance and rhythmic gymnastics body technique incorporating the use of rhythmic gymnastics apparatus - ropes, hoops, balls, ribbons and colorful scarves in harmony with music.
Offered once, twice per week.

Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays 4:45pm-5:30pm

Pre- Team Kids ( 6 -8 years old) and Pre Team Teens (9-17 years old)
Pre -Team Classes are the best way to explore the sport, a beginner or the athlete who is interested in a non-competitive and competitive environment. Gymnasts are guided through stretching, dance and rhythmic gymnastics body technique incorporating the use of rhythmic gymnastics apparatus - ropes, hoops, balls, ribbons in harmony with music. Gymnasts in this class may join alternative USA Gymnastics competitive program - Xcel.
Offered once, twice, three times per week.
Schedule: Pre Team Kids : Tuesdays, Thursdays 5:45pm-7:00pm
Pre Team Teens/Xcel Silver: Any two days Mon-Fri. 5pm-7pm

Level 3
Level 3 is beginning competitive level. Focus will be on teaching basics of rhythmic gymnastics and on developing strength, flexibility and proper gymnastics apparatus technique. The goals for this level is to have a fun and rewarding gymnastics experience, master the skills, and to develop competitive gymnastics skills. Gymnasts on this level can participate at local invitational meets, State, Regional Championships. This year our Level 3 will be learning and competing with Floor and Ball routines, as well as learning basic skills with apparatus such as rope, hoop and ribbon.

Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday 5pm-6:30pm, Friday 5pm-7pm

Level 4
Level 4 is beginning competitive levels. Focus will be on teaching basics of rhythmic gymnastics and on developing strength, flexibility and proper gymnastics apparatus technique. As well as teaching basics of classical ballet and dance. The goals for this levels is to have a fun and rewarding gymnastics experience, master the skills, and to develop competitive gymnastics skills. Gymnasts on this level can participate at local invitational meets, State, Regional Championships. This year Level 4 girls will learn and compete with hoop and rope routines and in group floor routine. Level 4 will be competing with group floor routine at Group Regionals in November/December this year.
Schedule: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 5pm-7pm

Level 5
Level 5 one of middle competitive levels. The goals on these levels are to continue progressively develop higher level competitive gymnastics skills. Athletes develop responsibility, sportsmanship, self-discipline, concentration, creativity and competitiveness. Gymnasts on these level required to participate at local invitational meets, State, and/or Regional Championships. Level 5/6 gymnasts tuition is based on three times per week 4 hours per class. Parents can choose what three days (Monday through Friday) are most convenient to attend the class.

Schedule: any three days during the week (Mon-Fri), 4:30pm -7:30pm

Level 6
Level 6 middle competitive level. The goals at this level are to continue the progressive development of higher level competitive gymnastics skills. Athletes develop responsibility, sportsmanship, self-discipline, concentration, creativity and competitiveness. Gymnasts at this level are required to participate at local invitational meets, State, and/or Regional Championships. Level 6 gymnasts tuition is based on four times a week 4 hours per class. Parents can choose which three days (Monday through Friday) are most convenient to attend the class.

Elite Competitive Team
Elite Competitive Team consist of Level 7,8,9 and 10 gymnasts, who train 3-5 times a week.
The focus of the team is intensive training and preparation for local, international tournaments, State, Regional, National Championships and Junior Olympics.

Xcel Competitive or noncompetitive program
Xcel program is a great way to experience rhythmic gymnastics competitive world with less pressure.
It is competitive or noncompetitive program that focuses on teaching basics of rhythmic gymnastics and on developing strength, flexibility and proper gymnastics apparatus technique. The goals for this level is to have a fun and rewarding gymnastics experience, master the skills, and to develop competitive level gymnastics skills. Gymnasts on the Xcel team can participate at local invitational meets, State, Regional Championships or do not compete at all. It all depends on the child's desires.

​AGG Competitive Teams - Aesthetic Group Gymnastics (or AGG) is a team sport where a large group of gymnasts perform coordinated continuous movements, that test elements like speed, strength, flexibility, and balance. The sport originated in Finland, where it continues to remain as a popular sport with several competitions throughout the year. Aesthetic Group Gymnastics is art, expression and feelings combined into a high level competitive sport.
